Depending on the investor, the entity location may be determined as either Dubai or Panama City. However, prior to the TGE, we can execute an agreement with our Korean entity, YAYLABS, and include provisions in the contract for a subsequent change of the token contract entity if needed.

Q2. The reason for fundraising

Funding Needs Are Clear: The funds we are raising will be primarily used for marketing and exchange listing fees, both of which are essential for ensuring strong adoption and liquidity. The need for capital is well-defined and strategic.

In addition to the needs for funding, We see strong synergy between Cave DAO’s community power and our IP, gamification, and traction tools, creating opportunities for co-marketing and portfolio-level partnerships.

With Epoch season approaching, we’re particularly interested in collaborating with Lair Finance to drive user engagement and integrate $PENG into relevant campaigns. Additionally, our traction tools, already engaging projects like Superz and Goblin Master, could enhance engagement across Cave DAO’s ecosystem.

Q3. In the competition result(Kaia Square), there’s only 1 weekly on-chain wallet and 1 weekly transaction for Jumping Peng. Can you explain any reason for this data?

The competition results currently do not account for NFT transactions or attendance contracts between DApps and the LINE DApp Portal. This is an ongoing issue that will be corrected in future aggregations. We have updated our smart contracts accordingly, ensuring that the next data aggregation will reflect accurate numbers.

Strategic Approach for Phase 2:

  • Since we have an advantage in user count and revenue metrics, we are strategically introducing reward-based missions in Phase 2 to boost Unique Active Wallets (UAW) and the number of transactions.
  • This will further solidify our position and competitiveness within the KAIA ecosystem.
