Executive Members

The MEME Fighter team consists of 15 people, including 8 people from the operations team and 7 people from the product and development team. The main members are as follows:

Scott Chen (CEO)
Scott Chen holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Fudan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Wuhan University, with over 5 years of experience in the cryptocurrency industry. He worked at Huobi Global for 3 years, during which time he served as Head of Asia Pacific, Head of Business (Data) Analysis Department, and member of the Strategy Department. Since leaving Huobi Global in 2023, he started his own business, first investing in the NFT market and creating the NFT ticketing application protocol Tikki; then in March 2024, he founded CashCashBot (Telegram Trading Bot), which has become the largest trading bot in Taiwan, with 50,000+ users and 10,000+ people in the official community, with rich experience in meme culture and product operation.

Andrea Chang (Growth Partner)
Andrea Chang holds an MBA from Berkeley Haas School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from National Taiwan University. She has an outstanding background in Web3 investments and startup consulting. As a Partner at Oak Grove Ventures and a former member of NGC Ventures, Andrea has led investments in multiple projects, including Fractal Bitcoin, Tap Protocol, Ordinalsbot, Asymmetry Finance, Codatta, Duck Chain, Polyhedra, Myria, Xend Finance (RWA), NYM, Oasys, Soulbound Token, Fluidity, Algebra, Hinkal, Everyrealm, Bitkraft Fund, Bit.Country, Highstreet, and Boson Protocol.
Additionally, she has served as an advisor to several projects, supporting growth, strategic positioning, and fundraising, such as Yei Finance, Torch Finance, Onton (the official event app with TON Foundation), and Mirage (a core Aptos DeFi project).

History and Milestones

Scott worked at Huobi for 3 years and has rich product and operational experience. In 2023, he built the Telegram trading bot for meme coin, CashCashBot. Within half a year, it became the largest trading bot in the Taiwan market, with more than 50,000 users and a community of more than 10,000 people, and created a daily trading volume of 1 million US dollars.

Project Description
Meme Fighter is the first Tap-to-Earn social game in LINE. By utilizing a mechanism where players invite friends to smash PEPE and earn $PEPE and airdrops, it maximally leverages the social connections among LINE users, gathering a vast Southeast Asian user base covered by Line. It aims to boost the ecosystem for Kaia chain and plans to be the first game project on Line to undergo a TGE.

Problems to Solve

Through its unique product dissemination mechanism and MEME culture, MEME Fighter can lead a large number of LINE users into the Web3 and Kaia ecosystems, and create more user engagement for other participants in the ecosystem. The $PEPE tokens obtained by users in the game will eventually be withdrawn to the user’s Kaia Wallet with the equivalent $Kaia tokens, which will bring a large number of new active users to the Kaia ecosystem and increase the holding address of $Kaia tokens.
