Dear Community,

We are excited to announce that the recent investment proposal has been approved through the voting process. Over the past week, all of five eligible voters participated, and the final outcome was **4 votes in favor** of the proposal.

- **Type:** SAFT (Simple Agreement for Future Token)
- **Investment Size:** $300,000

## Remaining Steps Before Investment Execution

1. Compliance review and final approval by the KAIA Foundation
2. Review of company documentation and final due diligence
3. Execution of the investment agreement
4. Disbursement of investment funds

This decision marks a significant step forward, and we are eager to move ahead with the investment as planned.
